10x Attributed revenue from last year.

In Ecom if you're standing still you're moving backwards.

Last year was our first Black Friday as an agency and it's not an exaggeration for me to say that it was a complete affirmation of purpose.

Despite growing in number of clients, the original team was the dream team for this year as well but we managed to 10x our attributed revenue metric from last year and I've found myself thinking why that is.

The lessons we've learnt throughout this year by fully amercing ourselves in the culture of this sector have been the difference maker.

We will never stop paying attention to what works.

Soft metrics may be some nice ego boosters for other agencies but truthfully here, we couldn't give less of a s***.

What makes the difference to your business is your bottom line, are you growing efficiently and profitably? I couldn't give a rats ass about how many people think what you're doing is great if they're not buying.

We've had the privilege to have worked alongside and in competition with some of the more established agencies within the space this year and I want to not only thank them for their willingness to open their minds to us but to also thank our competitors to their devotion to the craft aswell.
